Hiring a roofer should not be confusing. Here is exactly what happens when you reach out to us, whether it is an emergency leak or a replacement you are planning for next spring.
- 1Call or text
Tell us what you are seeing, and send photos if you can.
- 2Roof visit
A roofer comes out, inspects the problem area, and photographs what they find.
- 3Clear written estimate
You get the scope and price in writing before any work starts.
- 4Repair and wrap-up
The work is done, the site is cleaned, and you see photos of the finished repair.
Step 1: Call or text
Call or text (602) 339-9540. We respond fast to calls and texts. Tell us what you are seeing: where the leak shows up, when it started, what kind of roof you have if you know. If you can, text photos of the ceiling, the roof or any debris. That helps the roofer bring the right materials.
For active leaks, we will walk you through protecting the inside of your home while help is on the way.
Step 2: A roofer visits and inspects
A licensed, insured roofer comes to your home, gets on the roof safely, and finds the actual source of the problem. Water often travels before it drips, so the entry point may be several feet from the stain on your ceiling.
The roofer photographs what they find: broken tiles, worn underlayment, lifted shingles, failed flashing or soft decking.
Step 3: You get a clear, written estimate
You receive the scope of work and the price in writing before anything is scheduled. The estimate explains:
- What is wrong, with photos
- What the roofer recommends and why
- Materials to be used
- The price, with no surprise add-ons
If there is a choice between a repair and a bigger project, we explain both. There is no obligation, and you are welcome to get a second opinion.
Step 4: The work, the cleanup and the photos
Once you approve, the work is scheduled. The crew protects your landscaping and property, completes the repair, and cleans up debris, broken tile and nails. You get photos of the finished work.
If your HOA requires approval for a replacement or a color change, the roofer provides the product details you need for the application.
Who does the work
Every project is performed by a licensed, insured Arizona roofing contractor. Some projects are handled by an independent partner contractor we work with. We tell you who is coming before anything is scheduled. Your written estimate is always the price you pay.
If something is not right
We want to hear about it. Call or text and describe the issue, and we will make it right. Our complaints policy explains the process.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a typical roof repair take?
Most repairs take a few hours to a day once the roofer is on site. Underlayment replacements and full replacements usually take several days, depending on roof size and weather.
Do I need to be home during the work?
Not always. The roofer needs access to the roof and sometimes the attic. Many homeowners are home for the inspection and then away during the work.
Will you show me what you found?
Yes. You get photos of the problem before work starts and photos of the finished work.
